Contract drafting and negotiation includes all American Institute of Architect forms, proprietary forms for California compliance and any addendums required by law. Expertise in commercial cannabis business management, regulatory compliance including all California, legalized county and city specific codes, SOP drafting and implementation. Skilled in corporate management, including enhancing internal operations, improving financial planning, and formulating critical programs and systems. She is a strong team leader and mentor for all staff.
