Andy ArismendezSuperintendent
As the superintendent for Luxe, Andy is responsible to make sure the job sites are a maintained, clean, and safe place for our staff and clients. He holds our sub-contractors accountable by making sure they execute their work correctly the first time, according to plans and specs. He assists the Project Managers on their day-to-day needs, such as inspections, deliveries, subcontractor meetings, job walks, etc.
Andy began his career in construction in the Bay Area, as an entry level apprentice for a structural steel subcontractor at the age of 23. Through his dedication and work ethic, he pushed himself to obtain the title of Project Manager in a short amount of time. As a Project Manager, Andy managed multimillion commercial projects successfully for public and private companies. After 6 years, he transitions into residential general construction to learn every aspect of development and building a house to expand his construction knowledge.

Arismendez is a native Angeleno who grew up loving the Dodgers. He also enjoys concerts, music festivals and traveling locally to discover new places that he can enjoy together with family and friends.
