Omri Peled

Omri was born and raised in Encino, California, he’s always had a passion for construction and development at an early age, his grandfather was one of the first real estate developers in Southern California! Being one of the youngest project/construction manager, Omri has been a vital member of the team. He is a team player who has an amazing relationship with our clients, designers, architects, and tradesmen! Omri has worked on sevreal multi-million dollar homes in the West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Los Angeles area. Outside of work, Omri enjoys being outdoors, scuba diving, and hiking with his dog Maple!

Anthony O’Connor

Tony is a native of Southern California. He has over 20 years of experience as a builder. He’s worked with architects who are regularly featured in Architectural Digest and has been building new homes in the South Bay for decades. Tony enjoys helping people achieve their design objectives when remodeling or building their homes. He’s a positive and solution-oriented professional with a goal: to produce quality work in a timely manner. When he’s not at his job sites, you can find him at home cooking for his family or working on his yard!

John McIntyre

John is a native of London, England. He invented and marketed nationwide Vendproject, a proprietary data security system for Pepsi Cola and Coco Cola! He also spearheaded the formation and growth of newly formed international Moben Kitchens USA, from their UK base in the 90’s. John has strong work ethics and a focus on honesty and integrity. He says “most people just want to trust you and that you are there when you say you will be.” He loves the process of taking something old or none existent and creating something that has a wow factor and brings the customer great joy. Outside of work John enjoys to travel, cook, do theater, graphic design and community service!

Jeremy Wray

Jeremy moved to Huntington Beach when he was 4 years old and has been living there since. Before joining Luxe, he was a self-employed General Contractor for over 23 years in the Orange County area. He has worked on different types of projects such as new builds, additions, and custom cabinetry. By the age of 22, Jeremy was running an entire Construction Company!

Jeremy is very passionate about helping his clients achieve his dream space. Nothing beats the seeing the look on the client’s face when they see his completed work. “Being able to give someone their dream home is an extremely gratifying accomplishment.” Jeremy has strong values such as honesty and integrity. He applies this to his work ethic, and because of this, clients are always happy and satisfied with the level of service they receive.

Some of his hobbies include spending time with his wife and dog at the park, playing ball in his backyard, deep sea fishing, working on his house, and spending time with his friends.

Rudy Ivazov

Rudy was born and raised in Los Angeles. Before joining Luxe, he was a field manager for residential construction company and has worked on high-end, custom design-build projects. He has a true passion for custom built homes and a unique design aspect that reflects on his work.

Rudy loves creating new relationships with a diverse clientele. He enjoys bringing his client’s visions to life. He believes in consistent customer service no matter how big or small the size of the project is and making sure that his customers have an exciting experience throughout the duration of the project!

Rudy enjoys watching basketball, soccer, MMA, and boxing, when he’s not working you can catch him at the gym!

Chad Evanson

Chad, a Native Angeleno, is one of our newest Project Manager on our team. He has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and construction. He has been managing projects throughout LA and Orange County area. Chad has a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship, he also has a passion for design and transforming spaces. Chad enjoys traveling, experiences new cultures, working out, and he’s a foodie!
