We do not have a fixed rate per service as each project is unique to the client. Typically, our project manager would need to do an in-person or virtual consultation before we can determine how much the project would cost. During your consultation, you will discuss the specifics, such as the size and number of rooms you would like to remodel, new layout options, usage of room and type of finish material. After that, we can provide you with an estimate.
We understand the unique needs of each client and that no two projects are alike which is why we tailor each construction project to meet our clients’ expectations. We ensure that there is thorough communication throughout the duration of the project.
Depending on the scope of the project, most contractors will come in after you have obtained plans approved by the city from an architect and engineer. Since we are a full-service remodeling company, we can help you obtain plans, get approval and secure permits. If your project doesn’t require structural work, we can get started after you have approved our estimate. Give us a call to set up a free consultation!
